Meet Rahel
Pronouns: she/her

Hi, I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping adults understand how past experiences influence present-day patterns. I bring compassion, curiosity, and authenticity to my work, in order to create a therapeutic space where clients feel safe, seen, and supported.

I specialize in trauma and ADHD, as well as anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and relationship challenges. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and a master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. My clinical experience spans college counseling, in-home family support, outpatient individual and group therapy, and supervision of pre-licensed clinicians.
